Hotel rates are valid per room / per night and include VAT 13% and Municipal Tax 0,5%.
The hotel reserves the right to change prices if taxes change prior to guest’s departure.
The climate resilience fee must be paid at the checkout.

EXTRA BED POLICY
Baby Cots are offered on a complimentary basis upon request (for children up to 2 years old).
In case of an extra bed usage there is a daily extra charge of 30€.

LATE CHECKOUT
In case of late check-out, without notifying the hotel’s reception desk:

From 11:30 pm until 18:00 pm a 50% of the daily rate will apply.
After 18:00 pm, a 100% of the daily rate will apply.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are made in euros, either with a bank account deposit or with a credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD).
The reservation is confirmed after the 50% Non-Refundable Deposit payment of the total amount of the reservation.
Final Payment should be settled upon arrival.
In case of a no show, early departure or cancellation after check-in 100% cancellation fees will apply.

The management has the right to enter the apartment without notice in case of health emergency or security issue of the property.
